From a back bedroom idea to an award-winning, brand engagement agency in the heart of Leeds, XSEM has been on a phenomenal journey.
Founded in 2003 by Dan Bardgett & Michael Gwilliam, the business has developed from hospitality and golf events through to a full-service agency, sat amongst the Top 30 in the UK.

Through our internal '20 Acts of Kindness' initiative, we undertake at least 20 projects or charitable activities each year, led by team members who are passionate about making a difference.
