Our background.
Founded in 2003, XSEM has grown from a marketing and events agency into a leading brand engagement agency, delivering innovative campaigns and unforgettable experiences for global brands. At the heart of our success are our four directors - Dan Bardgett, Michael Gwilliam, Liana Lax and Ben Sabberton - each bringing a unique background and an unwavering commitment to our clients.
Based in Leeds, our leadership team remains deeply involved in the day-to-day, ensuring that every project is driven by creativity, strategy, and a true understanding of what makes brands thrive.
