Overview:
Molson Coors UK & Ireland asked us to plan and manage their first ever interactive product showcase. The goal was to position them as innovators and thought leaders in the market. The resulting event immersed customers in Molson Coors brands, strengthened customer relationships and increased brand loyalty.
Approach
We set out to create a fully immersive brand experience that would support customers in understanding how Molson Coors products would fit into their unique retail environments. There needed to be a focus on the marketplace and how the industry was moving forwards, with Molson Coors at the lead.
The spaces needed to bring each brand to life in a unique and exciting way, allowing customers to connect with brand representatives and feel supported in forming their business plans for the year ahead.
Experience
We successfully delivered a full suite of services to bring this large-scale conference to life, hosting over 300 delegates in a vibrant, dynamic setting. From the outset, our project management team carefully coordinated each element, ensuring that every detail aligned with our client’s vision. We provided end-to-end conference production, which included AV setup, bespoke set design, and custom set construction to create a memorable, impactful atmosphere.
Our delegate management made registration and logistics seamless, while health and safety remained a top priority throughout. To keep everything running smoothly, we deployed a skilled event staffing team, and our onsite management ensured that every moment went off without a hitch.
A highlight of the event was our live cooking stations, which added a unique, interactive experience for attendees. We also managed all stakeholder and supplier relationships with precision, encouraging open communication and collaboration that made the event a resounding success.
Results
Feedback from event guests was fantastic, with attendees commenting that that the format of the day was 'a great way for businesses to see the length, breadth, and diversity of the Molson Coors business'.
100% of attendees said that they would attend the event again in future.
