Project:
The Future of Roofing
The brief:
Held at the prestigious Archerfield House in Scotland, and then a week later at Hoar Cross Hall in Burton upon Trent, the aim for these events was to create an immersive experience that would provide guests, including key industry leaders, with deep insights into wienerberger's product capabilities as well as thought leadership on wider industry trends. The events needed to not only communicate the benefits of wienerberger's new Danum TLE solution, but also encourage networking and inspire excitement about industry innovations.
Approach
To make this launch memorable, we designed an experience that facilitated insightful presentations, interactive product demonstrations, and thoughtful touches.
We elevated the two venues with branded elements that highlighted the innovation of the topics to be discussed. From motion graphic screens to product showcases, the spaces felt vibrant and tailored to the wienerberger brand.
We paid close attention to making every guest feel special. As well as personalised pre-event communications to keep guests informed, welcome gifts awaited each attendee that gave a nod to the history and setting of the venues.
The agenda was designed to keep guests engaged throughout.
Experience
Upon arrival at the beautiful venues, guests were greeted warmly by our team and provided with personalised welcome cards that outlined their schedule and key details for the day ahead. Guests then mingled over refreshments and had the opportunity to soak in the ambiance of the beautiful surroundings.
The events kicked off with a welcome session, led by the wienerberger team who set the stage for the day’s insights. Afterwards, attendees moved into breakout rooms tailored to different key industry topics, including 'Industry Challenges', 'Innovation', and 'Decarbonisation & Investment'. These breakout sessions featured deep-dive discussions, hands-on activities, and product demonstrations.
The events included special touches such as a whiskey tasting, evening entertainment, and golf at the prestigious Dirleton Links.
At Archerfield house, dinner had a unique flare as guests were walked through to the dining room led by a bagpiper who performed the traditional Address to a Haggis, complete with a recitation of Robert Burns’ famous poem.
Results
Feedback from guests was fantastic, with 86% of guests at Archerfield house rating the experience a 10/10, and all attendees rating the event a 9 or above.
Hoar Cross Hall was equally enjoyed by all, with attendees commenting that the format, atmosphere, and content of the day was outstanding.
