MaxMeyer AquaMax Extra Product Launch
The brief:
We worked with PPG Automotive Refinish to launch their new product: MaxMeyer AquaMax Extra. The client wanted to create an educational and immersive experience for their distributors and sales team, providing them with the opportunity to learn about the product benefits, ask any questions they may have, and network with the PPG and MaxMeyer team.
Approach
We proposed an elevated conference-style event, where delegates would be able to visit zones featuring PPG staff exploring key benefits of the new product. Guests could take part in demonstrations, ask questions in an open forum, and see the product in-action.
We also suggested the creation of a product video that would be shown in the main plenary session to kick-off the day. The video would demonstrate AquaMax Extra being used by a key customer, and capture honest testimonials about the benefits of moving to the new system. Displaying the product in this unique way would bring an authenticity to the proposition and provide an engaging and impactful start to what would be a brilliant day.
Experience
The event took place at Silverstone Circuit, the iconic home of GB racing. The venue was brought to life with a unique and vibrant conference branding that extended throughout the entire event space, carefully designed to reflect the forward-thinking concept of the AquaMax Extra product.
The day kicked off with an introductory product launch session in the main conference area. Here, the audience experienced the high-energy launch video, produced in-house by the XSEM creative team. This video was shown on the large LED screen, creating an impactful introduction to AquaMax Extra, setting the tone for the rest of the day.
The venue was divided into three distinct zones, each with its own tailored branding, ensuring that each area felt like a seamless extension of the overall theming. These zones were not just visually engaging but provided attendees with a clear journey throughout the day, enabling them to experience different facets of AquaMax Extra.
As the evening approached, Silverstone underwent a remarkable transformation. The venue shifted from a professional conference space to a stylish dining and entertainment setting. The creative elements of the day extended through to the evening, with table centres, motion graphics and branded menus that all were reminiscent of the attendees experience during the day.
Results
The event was attended by many of MaxMeyer's sales team and distributors, all gathering to find out more about the AquaMax Extra proposition.
Attendees commented on the benefits of the event, giving them a 'full overview' of the product offering, allowing them to learn about the product benefits straight from the PPG team, and presenting a valuable networking opportunity.
